The Verdmont Capital SA Childrens Foundation was established in 2006 with the commitment to help children in Panama,Panama. The main focus of the foundation is to help school children in low income areas with school supplies, uniforms and shoes. It is funded through donations from Verdmont Capital SA Panama, its employees, owners, clients and friends.

Verdmont Capital SA Panama pays for all of the foundation's administration fees; therefore 100% of donations go to charitable causes. The Foundation does not have tax exempt status, thus donations do not provide any tax benefit. Verdmont Capital SA Fundación de Niños
